Featured Ride Of The Month
This month's featured ride is geared toward beginners and family riders. The Peavine Trail System in Prescott is part of the "Rails to Trails" project, and one of the few to be found in Arizona. With awesome views of Watson Lake, the Granite Dells, and abundant wildlife, this cool trail makes for a great day of family riding.

At an elevation of over 5100 feet, this 6-mile trail is easy to ride, easy to access, and easy to follow. The well-signed Iron King Trail can be connected to the ride for an additional 4 miles of reclaimed rail bed riding.
There are several places to begin your ride on this trail, please see the map or the City of Prescott website for further information. The actual trailhead, with a $2 fee, is on Sundog Ranch Road off Prescott Lakes Parkway.
* Please be aware that the mileage stated in the description are for EACH way...the total mileage to complete the trail is approximately 12 miles.
